Farming is hard work, with long hours, a lot of labor, and odd tan lines. It’s also hot, literally and figuratively. So is buying fresh local foods.This month, Spree takes you on a sightseeing trip across WNY, a magical mystery tour of homegrown greatness. We visit farm markets and dairy farms, bakers and winemakers. We meet pig farmers, fishermen, and Savvy Gourmets. What they all have in common is a love of growing, eating, and drinking localand living a more natural life.
