WE LOVE
Western New York is a place where one can find an amazing hot dog and an incredible filet within a few feet of each other, not to mention pasta, ice cream, Pad Thai, and falafel. So it’s not hard to choose over forty of our favorite restaurants, really—if space permitted, we would have included more. We’re not differentiating between high and low—we’re simply talking tasty. So you’ll find Sample and Ristorante Lombardo, but also Jim’s Steakout and Schwabl’s. We also talk to four local food experts—Bill Rapaport, Paula Alba, Christa Glennie Seychew, and Nelson Starr—about the dining scene in WNY. So eat, read, and be merry with us.
